What is this all about?

CYD is a web service made for anyone who want to have design transformed into valid XHTML and CSS or WordPress Theme.

How do I send you files?

Through order submission page you will find a form to upload your template and send it to me.

What is your availability?

Monday to Friday (10:00am - 20:00pm) and Saturday (10:00am - 16:00pm).
But if there is any need for a work to be done during non-standard hours/days it can be done with 50% additional fee.

What are the payment options?

You can send your payments to sales@gootix.com (PayPal or MoneyBookers)

I already have a design coded, but it is coded using tables, can you re-code it?

Of course! I can take your existing page and convert it into tableless.

Do you comment your code?

Always!

Is there a discount for multiple pages?

Yes. Every subpage of same design is priced at $75 USD

What file types do you accept?

Almost all source files is accepted (psd, ai, png, etc...)

What browsers do you specifically support?

All coded layouts is checked on: Firefox, Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Opera, Safari.

Are you familiar with sIFR?

Yes. I have experience using sIFR. You will need to provide the font source files additionally to your design and let me know where you want me to use it.

What payment types do you accept?

Payment via PayPal, MoneyBookers or Wire Transfer to Greece using standard SWIFT address is accepted. For Greek customers we convert the amount to EUR and add 19% VAT

When do I pay?

If you are first time client you will need to pay full amount of your order upfront before beginning of any coding. Existing customers submit 50% payment in advance and final 50% after completion of the work.
